ozibird ,i was just thinking if john was married in Kendal in 1858 he must of had family up there in maybe 1861 ,you dont happen to have 1861 cencus to see if theres any Lovetts in Kendal ( just a thought) megan

well i think they could be connected somehow as there was a John lovett and Dorothy born to a Mary Lovett in Kendal around 1803 but this Mary married a man called Storey .just seems strange that this john and esther called there children John and Mary , might be a connection there but still dous nt get me any closer to Thomas Lovett s wife megan

That makes it difficult because they're probably away from home on census nights. He obviously changed careers later. thanks for all your help ozi ,the names thomas william and jane run through my family history but carn t find the link,i think the only way is finding johns birth cert ,but that seems to have drawn a blank . i think ill just have to go on to one of my other lines in my history see if i have success there .
