For some time now I have been locked out of this Forum. I have contacted them and asked for a new password and have entered the new password and I still can't get into it. Can someone please check that my name on the forum is Betty Boo and that I am listed as a member please!! Betty |

Hi Maureen, Yes I did it was months ago, thats about all I have done, then i tried to get back in again and it wouldn't let me, I thought my password was wrong so asked for another to be sent, so far I have been given 6/7 different passwords and still can't get into the site. I just want to check if my name is Betty Boo on there and what I should do now if these passwords are not working. Betty |

Hi Betty Yes have had a few emails from her and other members of the family Steven as far as I know is still away. Hi Suzanne, I think Scotlands people have problems just now due to the volume of people trying to get into the website with the offer of free units, thousands more people are trying to log on at the same time. Betty |

Thanks Mhairi, I have been trying for months to sort this out and I am getting nowhere, they said maybe it my cookies, but I don't think it is, there isn't a help section on there unless you are logged on, which is no use to me if i can't get logged on is it. Betty |

Hi Mhairi, Jock has already been in touch with me it was him that said it must be cookies, he didn't help much really. I have asked for another password several time and entered that and nothing happens. You can try Jock again though as it was months ago I someone contacted him for me. Betty |
