Hello Victoria

I have a James May who married Loranne Coomber in St Peter's Church, Mitcham, Mitcham, Surrey. James was named after his half brother who died in infancy. My records indicate both James and Loranne came from around Surrey where James was born.

Hello Victoria.

In response to your Genes Reunited search.

I have a James May who married Loranne Coomber in St Peter's Church, Mitcham, Surrey in 1815. James was named after a half brother who died in infancy, indicating deep family feelings about the name James. My records indicate both James and Loranne came from an area on or around Surrey where James was born.

Hiya... Looking into the East London branch of the May family... I have a long line of James May's going back to circa 1830's. I have a James May married to Sarah ? and then a James May married to a Florence Woolner and then a James May married to Winifred Kunkel. James May born 1899 also had a brother called William born 1897ish.
