Member Since: May 2007 Posts: 7 Send Message	Ths is a complete longshot but I am looking for my father's mother's relatives. Her maiden name was Hall and she orginally came from Newcastle. Joyce (her name) married an Indian named Akrom/Akram and moved to the London area, possibly Hackney. She had numerous children, my father Michael being one of them. I don't suppose you can help me at all? Katherine

Member Since: March 2005 Posts: 12 Send Message	Trying to find information /photo's etc about my grandfather James Hall and his siblings or parents . He was Born 1901 in Newcastle and he had a younger brother Joe born abt 1907. Their parents were Sarah HannahHall (Woodward)and Anthony Hall who resided in Thornborough Street, Janet Street and St Peters Rd in Byker. James Hall married Lil. They lived in Tinners Entry and later in Rochester Dwellings(James died in 1940's) At the time of his death he was residing in the home of a Mrs Hull in the Dwellings. He was a shipyard labourer. It was thought that Joe Hall may have been a policeman, but this is not confirmed. I don't know if there were any other siblings. Any information would be gratefully received. Jan.
