Just a comment, but is this really serious ? The software does NOT appear to check anything. For example, I added my mother as a Male - yup, the software accepts that. I added my fathers birth year as 1409 - yup, the software accepts that (it also accepted his name as Rumple Stiltskin). I'm sorry, but genealogy should be done properly if its to be done at all, otherwise we just end up with a load of ill-researched an inaccurate data which will be taklen as gospel by others. This is not the way to do it and people should not be fooled into thinking that it is. Friends Reunited is great though. Simon Knights. |
