Melanie
Please try the FIBIS Website for all things Anglo Indian.
They have some fantatic records, you have to join to access the information but for 15.00 GBP it's a steal.
Good Luck

Hi, Bridget Da Silva was my grandmother who was a trained midwife living in Nagpur India until the 1940's. She also worked in a Leper Colony in India! She died in the UK after the family has emmigrated to the UK in the 50's. She was anglo-indian, originally from Goa and married John Taylor, also anglo-indian in Adra India. My grandfather was a train driver on the Nagpur to Bengal line. If anyone has any info on anything I'd love to know!
