Member Since: April 2003 Posts: 3 Send Message	I am looking for a Michael Ivan Milligan who was born in Middlesex? England on or around the 23rd September 1945. His mother's name is Renee Milligan nee Chapman and Michael's father's name was Algernon Milligan. I think Micheal was last living in Manchester with his wife whom I believe is a nurse, although they may now be located in Ontario, Canada. If anyone knows of him or his family I would greatly appreciate it if you could help. Thank you.
