I am trying to find information on my gt gt grandfather Barnot or Bernard FLYNN. On his marriage to Ellen Eliza BONE at St Luke's Parish Church, Norwood, Lambeth on 17th June 1855 he was named as Barnot but on my gt grandfathers birth certificate (William Thomas Henry Flynn) dated 10 October 1855 he was Bernard, the address being given as Westow Hill, Norwood, Surrey and his occupation as a labourer at the Crystal Palace Buildings. There is no trace of Barnot/Bernard and Ellen after 1855 and by 1861 William was living in Norfolk with his grandparents John and Mary Ann Bone. Do any of these names ring any bells with anyone out there? If so I would be delighted to hear from them as I have hit the proverbial brick wall.
