JAMES CHAPMAN was killed at the somme in France WW1 in 1915.He was 23(born 1892).He left 2 children Alice Chapman and Alfred Chapman (my dad) who was born round about the time his dad was killed.JAMES CHAPMAN had two sisters.NELLIE CHAPMAN and ELSIE CHAPMAN.I have no idea wether they were older or younger or what happened to them or their decendents.I also have no information on their parents. If anyone thinks they may be able to fill in any blanks. They all came from East London. |
