Hello, this is a bit of an offshoot from my direct family but I am interested in it. I had a Mary Elizabeth Stevens who married a Frederick Hearn born 1885 (her second husband) in 1907. He appears to be the son of Josiah Hearn and Roseanna Lavender. There seemed to be a lot of Lavender families around Ruislip which is where Frederick was born. There appears to be missing info on him in the census returns for various years. I have found a birth date for Josiah (but this could be incorrect) 19 May 1839 but the later census returns show him to be born in 1844. Any help would be appreciated.

Apparently Emmanueal Hearn (Methuselah's father) died in the first quarter of 1899.

Cannot currently locate Methuselah as of 1901 but will keep looking. Hope this is of use for now.
