I amlooking for any information about my grandmother Minnie Louisa Martin (nee) Thompson. She was born out of wedlock 15/7/1908 in north west Kent to Eileen? Thompson who married sometime bettween then and 1912? (I think). She had three sons in that marriage named Reginald, George and William. my grandmother was Blamed by her mother and stepfather for her iligitamacy! Her mother died in 1918 (when She was 10) and she went to live with her grand mother the only information i have on this woman is that she was from a rich upper class family who dissowned her for marrying "Beneath" her i have no names for my great grand parents other than the surname of thompson. Minnie louisa married my grandfather Job Martin 24/12/1927 and went on to have twelve children Eileen (1928),twins Job & Minnie(1930), Gladys(1931), James(1933), Peter(1935), Sally(1936), Joan(1939?), William(1941), Daisy(1943), George(1947), Linda(my mother 1950) she Died 26/12/1997 in Joyce Green Hospital, Dartford if you could give me any information about any of these people it would be fantastic thanks in advance if you can |
