Hello

My mother was a Selwood. Her maiden name was Irene Beatrice Selwood born 22 January 1907 and when I was young her parents, my GRandparents, lived at 178, Uphall Road, Ilford, Essex. My mother had two sisters and two brothers, she was the middle one. Their first names were Constance (n/a Connie), Alec, Robert (n/a Bob) and Edith (n/a Edie).I think that they all had second names like mum did.

If you would like any further infomation please contact me via [email protected].

Hello Peter, I am a complete novice to all this and have only just started. I was a Selwood, my grandfathers name was Alec and he had a brother Bob who I remeber visiting as a child. I am not sure if these are the same Selwoods, I don't know too much of this side of my family as my father Michael Edward Selwood was not much involved in my life after going to New Zealand and having other children. If I can be of any help to you please do not hesitate to contact me. You can email me on [email protected].
