looking to find information on Robertson family from south leith Edinburg. My Grandfather was John Roger Robertson born 1909 his father unknown mother Marion McNeil Scott Robertson. Martion's father was John Berry Robertson and wife Catherine Webster they had a large family and lived aroung Kirgate area of Leith.John Roger Robertson left Scotland to live in Canada and I have been informed he remarried to a lady called Margaret Scott (I think) some of his step children where Evelyn and Robert Waltes,Joyce and James Osler,Diana and Hugh Stewart,Charles and Norma Scott,Wayne and Yvonne Scott,Gordon Scott grandchildren are Brian, Allen,Linda,Robbie,Glen,Doug,Cheryl,Sandra,Katy,Tony, Margaret, Sheila,Adam,Lisa,Terry he died at Chelsey Nursing home Dec 23 1985 |
