Trying to find Kennedy

Does any of the following information sound familiar to anyone? I'm searching for my grandfather THOMAS KENNEDY, born in ROTHERHAM, YORKSHIRE possibly between 1872 & 1892. His parents (names unknown) came over from N Ireland (possibly near Belfast) and settled in Rotherham. He had 2 brothers at least, and possibly sisters as well. Thomas worked at Wombwell Main pit as a miner & lived in lodgings with people called Hinchliffe in Wombwell Main Row (or road). He married a lady called Clarissa Birkinshaw (from GAWBER, BARNSLEY) & they had 5 children (Priscilla who died young, Sylvia b.1912, Terence, Eric & Brian). Thomas later added PATRICK as his middle name, in order I believe to be named after his father. They lived in Barnsley in PALM STREET, OLD TOWN & Thomas died in 1963, Clarissa in 1967. Many thanks |
