Iam trying to find any birth relatives I may have.I was born on 8th May 1967 at Marston Green Maternity Hospital Birmingham , my mother being CAROLE LESLEY HAWKES , DOB 13/02/1945 nee Stokes . I was named SONIA LESLEY HAWKES and I believe I also have a sister JACQUELINE CAROLE HAWKES , DOB 12/10/1965 . At that time , Carole was married to PHILIP ALBERT HAWKES , and they lived at Flat 16 Kestrel House , Farnborough Rd , Castlevale , Birmingham . I was given up for adoption in 1968 , and became RACHEL LESLEY GUNN . I would like to hear from either Carole or Jacqueline , or if anyone knows anything of their whereabouts now , please contact me . ANY INFORMATION WILL BE TREATED WITH UTMOST CONFIDENTIALITY AND DISCRETION. Iam now known as Rachel Lesley Thomas. |
