Cissie Darke Trying to find anyone with information on Cissie Darke (I don't know if Cissie was short for another name, possibly Cecilia?). She lived in London and South Wales (Pontywain) during the early 20th century. She stayed with the Davage family (Albert & Marie Theresa) and referred to them in her letters as 'Mother and Father'. I know she worked in the war office during WW1 and lived at Tooting and Surbition, Kingston upon Thames. Cissie married a man called David who was the manager of a tea plantation in India. If anyone has any further information on her I would love to hear from you Regards Carol
