I am looking for any infomation about Thomas Evans who married a Martha Moss in 1826 in London but they lived in Essendon Hertfordshire. He is down as a servant and she as a cook other than that I know very little about where he was born or when. Martha was born in the area in June 1806. They had a son James born 1st Jan 1845 died 13th march 1905 born in Little Berkhampstead Who married a Ann Hatton born 1843 died 6th jan 1904 James might have had siblings but I have no knowledge of them. James was a Baker in Battersea in London and they had children. Thomas b. 1866 a Baker James b 1868 d 4th Sept 1892. Annie b 1871. Albert Henry b 1873 d c1953 a Book keeper. Clara Elizabeth b 1875 d july 1955. Arthur b 1878 Adda b 1884. Emma Martha b 1886 d march 1919. The two James. Ann, Emma and Clara are buried in old Battersea Cemetary (Morden) Anyone with any knowledge of this Family I would be pleased to here from as I am now stuck with Thomas. I would like to here from anyone who has any any shoots from this family also, as I know Thomas junior had a large family so there must be lots of family out there. thank you all David Evans |
