Trying to find Hall

I am trying to trace JULIA OCONNOR who may have been born in COUNTY CORK around 1860. In 1884 she was married to THOMAS HALL who was a Private Royal Fusilier and living at COLCHESTER BARRACKS, where she gave birth to my great grandmother ANNIE ELIZABETH HALL. They had another daughter and a son who may have been called CHARLES / CHARLIE. Thomas brought the two girls to BIRMINGHAM when they were quite young, but the son may have been brought up near HEREFORD. He lived in a cottage just outside Hereford during WWII. This may have been the original family home of the Halls.
