I am trying to find information on my mothers family, my mother was Dorothy Knight born 14th March 1925 in Barrow-in-Furness,she had a older brother Thomas Knight (Tom) a younger sister Jean Knight and a younger brother Ronald, there father my grandfather was Iaac Nickolson Knight. My mother married my father John George Boyd in 1960 in Keighley west Yorkshire, my father was born in Barrow-in-Furness as my mother was. I think my mothers brother Tom had a opticians shop in Morecambe in Lancshire, and it was said he had a home in or around Heysham. There was word that the younger brother Ronald was a Teacher Barrow-in-Furness,that is all I have I hope someone can help me with this . |
