I am trying to find information on the Trick family name. my G G grandfather was born in St Giles, Devon in 1857 his name was John he moved to Frodsham Cheshire and married Margaret Beech they had four children the eldest Wilfred was my G Grandfather. for some reason or other he changed his name to Trigg before he married Charlotte Eldridge and moved to Birkenhead. this is all the information I have if anybody can help me to find out more I would appreciate the help. |

My parents were Tricks, there is an origination in Devon which I am trying to track now. My ancestor trick was born in Devon in the 1700's but I haven't tracked it fully. He was in th e army and moved to the east of the country, London, and France. My close family of Tricks orriginated from Northamptonshire. perhaps one day we may find a connection. |
