My great grandmother Martha Jane, known as Janie married a Halsey and had a daughter named Alice who died at 21 years in 1917. Alice had a son named Cecil Charles (who was my father) he was a hairdresser in Stopsley Luton Beds. He was a love child so no other name than Halsey is known. from Josephine (Halsey) Blackburn
