JAMES COOPER I am searching for my g-grandfather James Cooper. My grandfather was James William Cooper born 1893 & his mother was Hannah Maria Weaver. Hannah died in 1898 & I believe she was James snr's first wife. I believe that James snr was married at least three times with children from each marriage. The family lived in the London areas of Lambeth, Battersea & Kennington etc but James snr moved to Brighton in later years & I think this is where he died, possibly around the late 1950's. I'm stuck because James Cooper is such a common name, where do I go from here?
