GILLIAN (surname not known, could be Smith!) who was searching for Fred Smith in the mid 1980's in Cornwall. I believe this may have been my half sister. She actually rang Radio Cornwall and asked if anyone had any knowledge of him. I teased my Dad when I got home and didn't find out until a while ago that he actually had another daughter. We would love to find her as she has a brother and 3 sisters and loads of nieces and nephews, plus a great niece. I believe she was born around 1947 - 1949 but am not sure.
