Hi im trying to trace my family tree and my great grandad thomas babb born 1883, he married a thirza(thurza) jones. And they had 5 children, thomas born 1905, joseph born 1906 arthur born 1912 she later died in child birth with twins around 1916/1917. Then he married her twin sister agnes, thirzas twin sister, bacause there parents had died and agnes was disabled because of an illness when she was little, and it wasnt right for a man to look after a woman in those days unless you were married she died around 1926 then he married harriet haskett. From what my mom can rememberthirza and agnes had more brothers and sistersbut can only remember afew names thomas jones and emma and charlotte jones they lived in cramphill darlaston and charles foster street darlaston west midlands thanks for any help. |
