Henry J Jones b.1860 Henry moved to Carbobado in USA back in the early 1880's to find work, we beleive that he moved out to the USA after his brother (name unknown) all from Cwmavon South Wales. Mary Hill moved out after him, they married in 1887 and daughter Magretta was born in the US. Henry died in 1890 in the USA and soon after his widow Mary came back to Wales (Cwmavon) to be with her family. Elizabeth was born in 1891 (daughter of Henry). Mary remarried a few years later and had 8 children by her 2nd husband Thomas Wyatt If anyone has any information on Henry J Jones please get in touch. Carol John (Elizabeth's G,Grandaughter) |
