I am looking for any information regarding the family of my paternal great grandfather. He was born John Hughes b.1857 in Llanllechid, Caernarfonshire to Jacob Hughes (b. 1824) and Margaret Hughes (b. 1817 - maiden name unknown). I am, in particular looking for any brothers or sisters of John Hughes. John was married to Catherine Hughes (nee Jones b. 1857) and they moved from N. Wales to Ellesmere Port. They had three children Mary (b1887 - known as 'Maime'), William (b. 1891) and Llewellyn (b. 1896 - my grandad). ANY info at all would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks, Viv. |
