Member Since: June 2004 Posts: 5 Send Message	Trying to find anything about my grandfather Joseph Smith born C 1875 probably in London or may be Maidenhead Berkshire. He married Rose Montague in Maidenhead. At that time he was a hotel superintendant in St John's Wood London. His fathers name was George Smith. I have heard that he was an amateur boxer and had a nickname 'Holy Joe'. He died in Maidenhead about 1912/13. We think he may have had an older brother.
