Member Since: July 2004 Posts: 1 Send Message	James Simon Andrew Smith, born Simon Fisher, looking for Sally Jean Fisher. Born at Yeovil hospital on 29.6.81 and adopted into the Smith family. Sally was living at Church Farm Cottage, Thurlbear, Stoke St. Mary, Taunton and working as a staff nurse at Musgrove Park Hospital in Taunton.
