can anyone help i am trying to trace my ancestors my great great great grandfather was john gibney born 1843 he was a submarine diver living in liverpool he was married to sarah and had 4 children mary e gibney(1866) sarah j gibney(1868) john gibney 1870 and joseph gibney (1873) my great great gradfather joseph gibney my great great grandfather (1870) married alice may gibney nee carroll they had 6 children joseph gibney harold gibney emily gibney james gibney and john gibney my great grand father who married ivy may chapman they had 5children JOHN A GIBNEY B 1930 EDNA FRANCIS GIBNEY B 1932 WENDY CHRISTINE B1939 ALLICE MAY GIBNEY BORN 1939 AND IVY GIBNEY BORN 1941 children the gibney family had a shipping company john gibney&co in liverpool they also had salvage steamers called alice and gleanor can anyone help fill in the blanks with marraige and birth dates or any other info that may help. thank you |
