Trying to find Williams

I have just started researching my family and I am trying to trace my grandmothers parents - her name was Margaretta Ellen Phillips and married my grandfather David Williams 29/07/1916 he lived at Mill Street Carmarthen and she lived at 42 Little Water Street Carmarthen. My father was born 5th April 1917 at Sawmill Terrace Carmarthen. My Grandmother does not show up on the Index for birth or death. On the marriage certificate it says her father was Richard Thomas Phillips deceased and was a Coal Hewer. I think she was born 1892. I would love it if anyone can help. They had 4 children my father William David, Ruebin, Laura and Brenda at some time after Breanda was born Margaretta must have died as grandfather either married or lived with a Martha Agnus Phillips I dont know if they were sisters..
