Trying to find Broadbent

I am trying to locate Derek Brian Broadbent. He is my father and I lost contact with him when my parents split up in 1980. He was originally from Gravesend in Kent but I am lead to beleive that in the late 80's he lived in South Milford, Yorkshire; Maidstone in Kent; and possibly Norwich. He married my mother, Ann in 1970 and I am their only son, Andrew. If you can help then please drop me a line even if it is only with his whereabouts. Thank-you.

I knew Derek Broadbent quite well in the early 80s when he was my boss at Sinclair Ltd in Norwich. He was a portly, florid, expansive man, full of entrepreneurial drive. I knew he was from Gravesend and that he was separated from his wife, but had a partner called Sandra who had a grown up daughter Monique. He lived in a farmhouse in South Milford. After I lost touch with him, his company failed in the mid-90s. I hope this helps or that if you have found Derek, you can remember me to him. I'll never forget those days selling with Sinclair.

Michael, that post by Andrew was 8 years ago and it doesn't look like he's ever posted again and will be unlikely to see this.

You could click on his name and if he's still an active member he will be notified of your message.

Also, do bear in mind that Genes is not a secure site and if anyone ever googled the name of the gentleman in question then any comments made on here will come up in the search results.
