Margaret Elizabeth Davies Margaret was born in 1873 in Stockport, Lancashire. She had two sisters and one brother: Gertrude R, Mary Cecil and William R. Her parents were William and Jane (Jane was born in Denbigh). Between 1881 and 1901 they moved to Marlborough St. in Little Bolton and then to Hayfield Street, Salford, where Margaret gave birth to my grandmother in 1891. Margaret died after giving birth to Mabel, my grandmother (in 1919 married John Kay) and was raised by Arthur Boulton and his family who lived on Peel Green Road, Barton-upon-Irwell. Also living on Peel Green Road were a family called the Savilles who were closely connected to the Boulton family and my grandmother, Mabel. Can anyone shed any light on these families please? Many thanks.
