Hi Eileen, I was just brousing G.U. and saw your notes re W.A.Hacker b Broad Hinton abt 1880. My family of Hacker's came from Broad Hinton but by abt 1850 they had moved to Ulverston/Barrow-In-Furness so there may be a connection but I cant see it,perhaps u could look at my Family Tree. my grand father Albert William Hacker was born in Eastbourne his father William Albert born Broad Hinton 1880approx married Alice Dewe, any family members out there i would love 2 get in contact with to be able to fill in gaps on family tree.
