Member Since: October 2004 Posts: 7 Send Message	Researching George Elphick and Agnes Sargent who married in 1858 in Ninfield, Sussex. They were both born c. 1833/34 in Hooe, Sussex. I think that Agnes' parents were called Stephen Sargent and Harriet Wenham but cannot locate the parents of George. Would welcome contact from anyone researching Elphick or Sargent or from anyone who thinks there may be a connection here. Thanks SJP

Member Since: January 2005 Posts: 1 Send Message	Hi Susan, Just came across your nearly 3 year old query which has probably been long since resolved but if not here goes:- I belive that George's parents were George b.1802 at Herstmonceux to Samuel b.1765 at Hailsham & Anne DAW b.1769 at Hooe who wed Dec1788 at Hailsham. George (1802) wife was Mercy COLEMAN b.1811 at Wartling. My Interests are ELPHICK & WENHAM. I have a little more info. if you are interested. Regards, Ross Cleary, NSW, Australia.
