I have a Nairn as follows:

George m Martha McMann lived in PA, USA around 1920

I don't have any other information about the above except that Martha was born in Durham, England abt 1874.

Any help would be appreciated.

I am trying to trace the Nairns from Whithorn. I am related to Alexander Nairn who was born in 1823 and was employed as a letter carrier, he married Jane Milroy Gordon whos father owned the post office in Whithorn. Their children were as far as I know were: Robert Nairn ? - ? George Nairn 1856 - ? James Nairn 1850 - ? Peter Milroy Nairn 1824 - 1915 Isabella Milroy Nairn 1862 - 1946 and was married to Alexander Murray. Charles Nairn 1860 - 1924 who married Jeanie McKeand and had 4 children: James John Gordon Jean who married James McKelvie
