I am looking for anyone with information on descendents of a Christopher Chapman bn 13.04.1833 in Hawes, North Yorks, but who moved to Bradford and the area of Manningham. My gg grandfather Fred Chapman was born there in 1858, where he later married a girl from Sheffield called Annie Birks. Amongst other things I am trying to discover if one of Fred's children - Herbert Chapman - married a girl called Nellie (nee Hutchinson) in 1914 and if they lived at 199, Wakefield Rd., Bradford. Fred and Annie had a number of children - Christopher (my g/f), Elizabeth, Bernard, Doris and Beatrice. |
