i am looking for the smith family from carnforth in lancaster. richard james smith who in 1893 married margaret ann craig they lived at 5 grosvenor place in carnforth lancaster richard worked at carnforth railway station for 48yrs they had about 22 children norman thomas albert annie isabella richard, frank who fought in dunkirk elizabeth who died of pneumonia aged 30 she had 3 children with a william stobbart they are lily margaret and a son. margaret and the son lived with their father in workington and margaret went on to marry into the ashton family |
