Trying to find Smith

I am trying to find any information about my grandfather Harold Sefus Smith.He was married to my grandmother Rebecca Jane Edgar and lived in West Derby.I have my fathers birth certificate which states that Harold and Rebecca lived at 76 Canterbury Street,West Derby in 1923. Harolds profession is down as a Journeyman Baker. In 1949 ,Harolds profession is down as a Seaman on my mum and dads marriage certificate.I have absolutely no other information other than Rebecca lived at 48 Osbourne road,West Derby in 1941, taken from my dads soldiers service book when he enlisted in the army in 1941.I cannot find any record of either of them in any of the census records.Harold appears to have been a mystery man in my familys' past.I would appreciate any help. |
