I am trying to trace my late mother's family. I don't have a lot to go on. My mother was Martha Ellen born Jan.18th 1898. She died Jan.1 1946. She lived in Lancashire and married my father John William Tattum and had 2 children, myself Joyce and my brother John called Jack. We moved to Middlesex in I think 1938. My father had been a coal miner.I had an aunt and a cousin Jack and a female cousin I can't remember her name. They lived in cottages in front of the Bickershaw Colliery. My grandfather and mother came from Wales, and lived in Atherton, Lancs. Any help would be appreciated. Joyce Summers (nee Tattum) |
