Albert died in 1966 and left a will, age at death would correspond to a birth in 1902.

Emma was the executor of his will and died in 1974.

I run the Stubbs one name study.and have collated all GRO
indexes for births, marriages & deaths 1837-2004, all will indexes, 1841 to
1901 complete census records. I also have a lot of misc records & parish
register entries for the name Stubbs, for every county in England & Wales,
and some Scots information. My records go back to around 1600. I have a
vast amount of family trees for the many Stubbs families in the UK.

hello I have found a marriage between albert stubbs & emma bettelley married 1921 she was b 1898

I suggest you get hold of the marriage certif as that will tell you the age & the parents.

if albert turns up as being born in the 1870's & his father is reuben stubbs then we do have a match & I have loads of info
