I am looking for anyone connected to the MORRIS family who originated from a Townland called Sheskinshule, Nr Greencastle, Omagh, N Ireland. My Grandfather was JOSEPH MORRIS and was born in 1904 at the above place, his partents farmed sheep and were PATRICK MORRIS and ANN MORRIS (nee Morris). My grandad's brothers and sisters were: Patrick b1893, Rose b1894, Michael b 1899, James 1897, John b 1901, Charles 1902, Matilda 1907 (she died young) Mary-Ann b 1909 and Francis b 1912. I know that his brother Michael lived his days in Sheskinshule but a few of the others went to America, my grandfather moved to Glasgow and married NELLY McGEADY. I have visited ireland this year and enjoyed meeting people who knew my grandfather but there still might be more people who know of this family, if so please get in touch!! Kind regards Sharon Morris |
