Trying find info on Alice Ada Williams born circa 1927. Married Reginald William Tocknell 1948. From W Derby area. Alice Ada also known as Josie died aged 31 in Cheltenham, Glos, 1957 leaving behind a son, Brian William Tocknell (my dad) born 1949. We think her mums maiden name could have been Sweeney. All the info I have is that Alice had a younger brother, David Williams who joined RAF and who I believe married Heather and they had a son Christopher last known in Wellington, Shrewsbury area. She may have had an older sister called Dorothy? We know nothing of this side of my dads family as he was so young when his mother passed away. |
