Hi there. I have just started out looking up my family tree. My G grandad is Alfred Morris born Aprox 1886. He was married to Caroline Ades and they had 3 sons, Herbert Dudley, Percival Walter, and Frederick Gilbert. He also has 2 daughters, Mable and Elsie (known as Kitty). The story goes that Frederick left the family and never looked back to marry a catholic girl. ( I guess at one time this was unacceptable) We don't know anyone but Mable and Kitty. Percival was my Grandad. Is anyone related to me? I would like to hear from you. I havent' gotten very far on the Morris's. I got as far as Alfred 1886 aprox and Alfred his father whom was married to Harriet. Fredrick was born in 1897 in Leciester. Thanks Gail Morris |
