***Not for the feint hearted this one! Thomas PARKER was 16 when he was transported to Tasmania for burglary in 1827. His crime took place on Tottenham Court Road in London. On his convict record, he mentions his sister, Sarah of Battle Bridge is married to a hawker by the name of CATELY. I guess I am trying to find out what became of Sarah and her husband. Did they have children? Were they still around for a census? Any clues, answers, descendants or advice most welcome!*** Kim in Tasmania |
