Hi I am trying to trace family on my fathers side, his name was Leslie Arthur Jones 15/12/1924- 12/04/1989 (Ithink he was born in the Peterbourgh area). Married Susannah Walker in Scotland where he was stationed in the 1940's and then moved to Yorkshire in the early 60's He has 2 sisters named Kath (could be short for Katherine) who married Lenard Seymour and Joyce who married a man called Roberts. His fathers name was Edward Charles and his mother's name I believe was Pheobie. My fathers sisters still live in Peterborough area I think. I did meet one of the sisters son's about 18 years ago, his name was Neil. Unfortunately I know very little of my fathers family and would very interested if anyone could help. |
