Hi, I'm trying to find any info on where our MORRIS family originated and hopefully extend the tree further. I have a RICHARD MORRIS who was a tailor, he had a son JAMES THOMAS MORRIS who was born in Wolverhampton, England c1836.. James Thomas married Jane Hannah Whitehouse in Birmingham, England c1861. They had sons William, born ? and James Thomas, born c1865 London (Lancashire?). They emmigrated to NZ approx 1871 to Crofton Bulls then to Marton, NZ. I need more info on the brother WILLIAM (in NZ) and the original RICHARD Morris's family if any one can help. Thanks.. |
