Trying to find Smith

Trying to find the SMITH family from the 1901 census. Thomas Smith aged 36 born Shoreditch, wife Bro Smith aged 39 born Camberwell, children Fanny aged 15 born Camberwell, Henry aged 13 born Camberwell, Mary aged 12 born Camberwell, Alice aged 7 born Camberwell, Minnie aged 4 mths born Camberwell and Nellie aged 19 born Camberwell who is listed as a servant. The childrens birth certs show the mother's name to be either Mary or Emma Smith nee Abbott. There is no trace of any of them on the 1891 census and I have not been able to find a marriage for Thomas Smith and Mary/Emma/Bro Abbott. Desperate for help as I have been unable to get beyond this generation. Anybody any suggestions were I go from here? |
