Member Since: April 2003 Posts: 8 Send Message	We are trying to trace Richard Smith born in Wolverhampton C 1816. In 1871 he was living in Bilston with his wife Phoebe Rigby with children Alice b 1868, Elizabeth b 1862, John b 1860, Samuel b 1858, Sarah Ann b 1866 and William b. 1864 who later married Hannah Biggs in 1890 at Ibstock Leicesterhire, There may have been more children from a previous marriage.
