Greetings..I am trying to find the relations of my grandfather and grandmother.....gf HUGH JONES....1 of 7 children that I believe lived in the London area with family roots in Wales....He was only child that emigrated to CANADA approx 1912 and served in WWI for Canada..all of his family remained in the UK and he possibly had 2 brothers named Owen and Frederick.Hugh married Lydia Mary Tunley on Feb 15 1902 at the Church of Grace and St Edward,High Street,Chiswick...I have sent a few emails to the present Monsignor,Curry,however he has not replied.I have a picture of Hugh's parents hanging in my dining room...and not even knowing their names,or being able to pay my respects when I visit England next,is very frustrating...Appreciate all assistance and any leads. |
