Trying to find family of my late grandmother. Her name was Cissie May Davies born on 6th May 1914 to Mary and (I think) William Davies. She was one of 7 children her siblings were Bill,Tom,Albert,Clarice(Clar),Flossie and Eddie although Eddie was from a 2nd Marriage to a man named Rufus Hodder.(I may have the husbands 1st names in wrong way). They lived in the Rhonnda Valley area of Wales until Ciss moved to London(Waterloo area) for work as housemaid at the age of 14(year 1928). Ciss went on to marry Edward Sexton(Ted) and have 4 children,Fred,John,Pam and Sheila. And lived in Teddington,Middlesex. Any info would be fantastic. |
